                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>The Job </strong>As a Casino Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the execution of marketing strategies that enhance guest engagement, grow targeted play, and deliver strong financial performance. <p><strong>The Day-to-day </strong></p>

<li>Support the host team by providing guidance on procedures and systems and assisting in resolving operational challenges.</li>
<li>Review and submit changes for marketing collateral. Ensure the approval chain for marketing collateral is followed accurately and timely</li>
<li>Works closely with National Marketing management to design, implement and evaluate marketing programs, host productivity, event P&amp;L’s, and M life Rewards initiatives and promotions</li>
<li>Works with Direct Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaign</li>
<li>Make approval decisions for event participation and tickets based on historical gaming</li>
<li>Prepare rules and procedures for tournaments, giveaways, and drawings, ensuring all impacted departments receive timely communication.</li>
<li>Assist with all tournament administration which includes creating tournament databases, charging entry fees, report execution, scoring, record keeping, host lists, session time assignments, guest interactions, hardware/software checks, credential prep, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament team</li>
<li>Lead promotional drawings, including facilitating announcements and engaging with guests on microphones in both stage and crowd environments.</li>
<li>Ensure all Gaming MICS are followed for events, tournaments, and giveaways, including the accurate completion of all required taxable documentation</li>
<li>Develop fact sheets, memos and informational content for Slot Marketing initiatives, such as slot tournaments, host events, seasonal and targeted marketing campaigns and ensure supporting departments are up to date on current initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with M life Rewards Desk in day‐to‐day operations and support of company‐wide initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs</li>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Overview </strong>Works with and accepts general guidance and direction on the day to day management of the casino floor from the Casino Manager and/or the Casino Shift Manager on duty. Responsible for managing supervisors, dealers and games in the table games department. <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>

<li>Monitor activity on all table games; ensure that game integrity is upheld.</li>
<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the rules and procedures for each game offered on the casino floor.</li>

<li>Inventory cards and other equipment on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Effective coaching and suggesting issuance of progressive discipline to the Casino Manager / Casino Shift Manager as appropriate.</li>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Position Overview </strong>It is the primary responsibility of the Cage Shift Manager is to manage all cage assets and lead the cage team and property operations toward a successful completion of shift operations including balancing of all banks, while maintaining compliance with all Federal, State and local gaming regulations in addition to the delivering exceptional guest service to all internal and external patrons.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities </strong>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:</p>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Description </strong>As the Compliance Manager, you will provide compliance analysis and guidance to the teams that create and maintain the Caesars Digital platform. You will partner with the Operations, Business Intelligence, Payments &amp; Fraud, Marketing, and Product departments to develop internal controls, permissible research solutions, and generate required reports. You will represent Caesars Digital to regulators, create and complete internal audits, train employees, and develop relationships with external agencies. You will work with Caesars Digital senior leadership, legal department, and external advisors to drive proactive alignment to regulations and other states legalizing sports betting and gambling.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul class="_309883cc _9c1d7d99">
<li>Stay up to date with legal rulings, precedent, and competitor activity in states where Caesars Digital is active</li>
<li>Interpret regulatory requirements in new states that legalize digital gambling and manage any team expansion required</li>
<li>Create a process of marketing communications approval, and deliver timely approvals &amp; feedback to marketing teams &amp; external agencies involved</li>
<li>Create and manage internal controls and audit compliance against such controls within the digital business</li>
<li>Write jurisdiction-specific promotional submissions/promotional terms and conditions in a timely, accurate, and correctly formatted fashion</li>
<li>Ensure that promotional campaigns, affiliate agreements, and product releases are compliant with applicable gambling regulations</li>
<li>Manage all regular compliance with our Internet Gaming Manager and appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies</li>
<li>Ensure that the digital business is aligned with compliance’s best practices across Caesars Digital, including our retail locations, across all states</li>
<li>Analyze customer data and case learnings to continuously improve compliance</li>
<li>Build and promote positive relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders</li>
<li>Research allowability of proposed product enhancements and system integrations</li>
<li>Represent Caesars Digital l to external agencies, including regulatory bodies and other government agencies</li>
<li>Review on-site content, such as House Rules, Terms, and Conditions, Privacy Policy</li>
<li>Provide compliance guidance to Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Development, Payments &amp; Fraud teams</li>
<li>Generate Incident Reports based upon investigations into system outages</li>
<li>Complete weekly audit of Responsible Gaming activities, including Customer Support contacts and regulatory submissions</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries or requests for comment from regulators or other agencies</li>
<li>Review customer complaints and submit to regulators</li>
<li>Present Compliance introduction at orientation</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned given the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul class="_309883cc _9c1d7d99">
<li>3 &#8211; 5 years’ experience in a Compliance Manager or Senior level role.</li>
<li>Experience working in the Casino / Gambling industry in a legal or compliance-related role is required</li>
<li>An interest in sports betting and gambling is preferable</li>
<li>Bachelors Degree</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trusted relationships with regulators</li>
<li>Well organized, able to prioritize work</li>
<li>Efficient and confident communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be able to sit for extended periods</li>
<li>Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods</li>
<li>Regular attendance in the office</li>
