                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Overview </strong>Works with and accepts general guidance and direction on the day to day management of the casino floor from the Casino Manager and/or the Casino Shift Manager on duty. Responsible for managing supervisors, dealers and games in the table games department. <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>

<li>Monitor activity on all table games; ensure that game integrity is upheld.</li>
<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the rules and procedures for each game offered on the casino floor.</li>
<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of all Dealer and Casino Floor Supervisor SOPs.</li>
<li>Maintain a detailed knowledge of upcoming casino events.</li>
<li>Monitor and continually train table games staff including supervisors and dealers.</li>

<li>Manage staff by assigning dealers to games and supervisors to sections; open and close games as business levels dictate or per the direction of the Casino Manager or Casino Shift Manager.</li>
<li>Continually communicate pertinent gaming and employee information to the Casino Manager and/or the Casino Shift Manager and others as instructed.</li>
<li>Inventory cards and other equipment on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Effective coaching and suggesting issuance of progressive discipline to the Casino Manager / Casino Shift Manager as appropriate.</li>
<li>Work closely with other managers to identify opportunities to increase revenues and operate more efficiently thereby increasing profitability.</li>

<p><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities </strong>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:</p>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p>Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised. Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed. Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately. Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth. Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor. Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer. Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.</p>
