<p><strong>Skills / Experience </strong></p>

<li>Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge in both the front and back of house operations.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.</li>
<li>Experience working in a regulated environment within a casino or gaming property.</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing restaurant operations, financials, and staff performance.</li>
<li>Must have leadership experience with groups of diverse people of varying skills, educational levels, cultural backgrounds, and experience.</li>
<li>Must have a positive, upbeat attitude and be willing to put our guests first.</li>
<li>Must be able to coach team members for success.</li>
<li>The applicant must be a good communicator and must be administratively sound.</li>
<li>Must be over 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a Nevada Health Card.</li>

<p><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities </strong></p>

<li>Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by building relationships with the guests (through table touches, greetings or warm farewells) and encourages employees to build relationships with the guests. Resolves customer complaints and/or service deficiencies by listening to the guest, responding with sincerity, and using appropriate service recovery tools. Uses tools such as Avero to analyze business trends and employee performance.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the Food and Beverage Operations Director, develops ideas to maximize revenue and/or reduce expenses, outlining goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Making sure that the restaurant and/or bar are in compliance with the Health Department Regulations and Standards and maintain the “A” grade. Knowledge of Health Department Rules and Regulations.</li>
<li>Maximizes employee morale through leading by example in demonstrating Spotlight 5 behaviors to both guests and employees and provides the tools, guidance and support needed to enable all restaurant employees to give world class guest service.</li>
<li>Conducts individual and team QIT, CIP’s, EOS/SFS, Step 1 and Buzz sessions and uses the Harrah&#8217;s coaching cycle in giving both positive and corrective feedback.</li>
<li>Follows and enhances departmental and restaurant specific policies, procedures and sequence of service.</li>

Responsible for participating in the creation of annual budgets. Manage and lead the unit in all forecasting and cost controls to meet or exceed units operating financial potentials and goals. Responsible for handling any Team Member or Guest opportunities. Evaluate and oversee job performance for Team Members. Ensure that kitchens and equipment are in good working order, and ensure a clean and hazard free work area that complies with the Department of Health, OSHA and Station Casinos&#8217; guidelines.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Minimum 2 years in varied high volume and/or fine dining environment</strong>. Must have previous experience with ordering and inventory control. Must have proficient computer skills. The ability to work in a fast pace environment. Excellent organization and communication skills. Comprehensive food knowledge, which includes basic knowledge of profit loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and sanitation. Must possess the ability to work hands on in any kitchen environment pertaining high volume production in butchering, baking soups, stocks, sauces, roasting, sautéing, broiling, grilling and cold food production. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills.</p>
