<p>2 to 3 years of demonstrated management/supervisory experience in end user computing environment.</p>

<p>Candidate must have experience with scheduling technical staff in a 24 X 7 X 365 environment.</p>

Champions a security mindset to all enterprise team members and recognizes the value of standards, policy and procedures, operational effectiveness, and high availability. This role supports incident response activities and post-incident actions.</p>
<p><b>Core Responsibilities: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Executes incident response and issue management resulting from security investigations. Works with technical experts and leadership on security incident follow up, assists with the resolution of daily incidents such as intrusion detection, malware infections, denial of service attacks, data leak protections, privileged account misuse and network breaches.</li>
<li>Analyzes and validates environment controls validation to ensure systems are operating securely and data is protected from both internal and external attacks.</li>
<li>Monitors security logs and alerts to identify and investigate potential security incidents. Participates in on-call rotation to support after-hours security incidents and operational support.</li>
<li>Assists with security controls remediation and enhancements to reduce risk throughout enterprise systems, data, and network.</li>
<li>Documents existing enterprise security systems configuration, processes, procedures and recommend improvements and/or alternatives.</li>
<li>Supports the cybersecurity toolset lifecycle management including assisting with SMEs on design, acquisition, inventory, process documentation, deployment, maintenance, change management, monitoring, reporting, decommission and other service assurance activities.</li>
