<p><strong>The Day-to-day </strong></p>

<li>Review and submit changes for marketing collateral. Ensure the approval chain for marketing collateral is followed accurately and timely</li>
<li>Works closely with National Marketing management to design, implement and evaluate marketing programs, host productivity, event P&amp;L’s, and M life Rewards initiatives and promotions</li>
<li>Works with Direct Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaign</li>
<li>Make approval decisions for event participation and tickets based on historical gaming</li>
<li>Prepare rules and procedures for tournaments, giveaways, and drawings, ensuring all impacted departments receive timely communication.</li>
<li>Assist with all tournament administration which includes creating tournament databases, charging entry fees, report execution, scoring, record keeping, host lists, session time assignments, guest interactions, hardware/software checks, credential prep, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament team</li>
<li>Lead promotional drawings, including facilitating announcements and engaging with guests on microphones in both stage and crowd environments.</li>
<li>Ensure all Gaming MICS are followed for events, tournaments, and giveaways, including the accurate completion of all required taxable documentation</li>
<li>Develop fact sheets, memos and informational content for Slot Marketing initiatives, such as slot tournaments, host events, seasonal and targeted marketing campaigns and ensure supporting departments are up to date on current initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with M life Rewards Desk in day‐to‐day operations and support of company‐wide initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs</li>
<li>Answer financial and comparative performance questions pertaining to Slot Marketing events and initiatives</li>

<li>Work closely with the Director of Destination Marketing to manage consistency and integrity of marketing communications and the guest experience.</li>
<li>Establish the company’s brand voice, identity and messaging framework and implement across all guest touch points.</li>
<li>Manage the creative messaging across all traditional paid media assets in a manner that is consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the properties.</li>
<li>Act as the day-to-day liaison for all external media, advertising and brand agencies.</li>
<li>Manage advertising projects relating to out of market campaigns: in-house and with agencies to include, broadcast, print and outdoor media, print collateral, signage, maps and directories, voice-over recordings, and broadcast production.</li>
<li>Manage campaign media budget and financial spend.</li>
<li>Manage timely submissions of media.</li>
<li>Serve as a representative for numerous Brand Marketing and Advertising projects for The Venetian Resort. This includes but is not limited to; Brand Marketing, Sales, Leisure Sales, Hotel Operations, Human Resources and Horticulture. Additional categories may be added as needed.</li>

<li>Present concepts and/or marketing materials to key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Utilize WorkFront and DAM systems to manage projects and digital assets.</li>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p>The Multimedia Editor plays a pivotal role in our marketing team, focusing on editing compelling video and photo content that promotes our resort&#8217;s amenities and attractions. This position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and organizational skills, particularly in planning and organizing shoots to ensure efficient and high-quality content production.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong> Includes but is not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Edit video and photo content that aligns with marketing goals and brand identity, using storytelling techniques to captivate our audience.</li>
<li>Organize and coordinate video and photo shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.</li>
<li>Collaborate with photographers, videographers, marketing team members, and other departments to plan and execute shoots.</li>
<li>Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, retouching, and sound design, to create polished, professional content.</li>
<li>Contribute creative ideas for new content and improvements to production processes.</li>
<li>Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as requested.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Includes but is not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li>
<li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.</li>
<li>Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.</li>
<li>Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or related industry.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the latest video and photo production trends and technology.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Education And Experience </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, or related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of video and photo editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, Regulations </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.</li>
</ul>
