David began his career in Human Resources during the 80’s in the airline industry with Continental and Southwest Airlines. He has over 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience in the Gaming industry at the senior level with Harrah’s Entertainment, Horseshoe Gaming, Wynn Resorts, and Seminole Hard Rock. David retired from Seminole Hard Rock after 13 years as its global head of HR.
David has a proven track record of leading the development of workplace cultures where employees want to work and will encourage their friends to join them. David began his HR career in recruitment and understands the importance of matching applicants to jobs and environments where they can thrive and achieve longevity. David has a vast network within the Gaming industry, insofar as potential future clients.
David has worked with Dennis Rizzo and Bentley Price for decades and is highly excited to be part of the launch of Hospitality Matches.
