He has extensive personal connections within the industry, giving HospitalityMatches immediate access to a lucrative pool of prospective clients. As Senior Vice President-Human Resources for Steve Wynn’s companies for over 25 years, Arte is well known to many of HospitalityMatches’ target audiences. Arte retired from the gaming industry in 2006 and moved to Southern California, where he worked with the Irvine Company and opened The Resort at Pelican Hill, an ultra-luxury resort in Newport Beach. He served as President of Strategic Development Worldwide, a business advisory firm in San Diego, that helps organizations reach their full potential. Arte holds a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
