<li>Utilizing the HRIS system to maintain benefits eligibility rules, waiting periods, qualified life event processing, and leave coordination.</li>
<li>Lead ACA compliance (1094/1095-C reporting, measurement/stability periods, affordability calculations); ensure accurate data and timely filings.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ADA, COBRA, and applicable state/federal regulations; maintain plan documents and summary plan descriptions (SPDs).</li>
<li>Oversee Workers’ Compensation processes: claim intake, carrier liaison, OSHA recordkeeping, return-to-work/modified duty programs; monitor loss trends and premium impacts.</li>
<li>Complete annual 5500 filings</li>
<li>Build dashboards and models for compensation analytics (range utilization, compa-ratio, pay equity, turnover-risk, incentive payout forecasting).</li>
<li>SME for systems related to HRIS/Payroll/Ben Admin systems; drive automation, configuration updates, and integrations (e.g., eligibility exports, file feeds).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills / Experience </strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation &amp; Benefits with demonstrated experience in:</li>
<li>Compensation design and analysis (market pricing, pay bands, merit cycles).</li>
<li>Benefits administration and ACA compliance.</li>
<li>Workers’ Compensation Oversight.</li>
<li>Bonus/incentive plan design.</li>
<li>Benchmarking using market surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, Culpepper).</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with Excel and HR systems (ADP, Paychex, Radford, or similar tools).</li>

<li>Serve as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of team member complaints.</li>
<li>Effective case management of Team Member related issues such as complex TMR issues, disciplinary actions, grievances, legal issues, policy interpretation/application and investigations. Ensure action is being taken within set SLAs to address these issues and provide insight and feedback to managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.</li>
<li>Investigate and evaluate cases of Team Member dissatisfaction or misconduct. Interview Team Members and other relevant stakeholders to effectively and impartially assess the situation or perceived problem. Visit affected departments, contact supervisors, review relevant policies, and objectively document all facts and opinions relevant to the case. Report findings and consult with HR and Operations leadership on appropriate responses and solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate and consult with various individuals and departments, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, Team Members and Subject Matter Experts such as Legal, Compliance and other HR Team Members as needed to coordinate investigation-related activities and determine outcome recommendations.</li>
<li>Work closely with HR Managers and Directors to ensure constant collaboration and communication to provide counsel and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace conflict which addresses issues for Team Members, managers, and leaders in a manner consistent with Resorts World policies, practices, and legal considerations.</li>
<li>Collect information and data to assess cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. This may include management and union proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improving TMR policies and procedures based on analytics and trends. Collaborate with other TMR Partners on formulating and implementing solutions.</li>
